Purpose To study the clinical and pathologic features of angiofollicular lymphonode hyperplasia (AFH).
目的:研究頜面頸部血管濾泡性淋巴組織增生的臨床表現(xiàn)、病理形態(tài)特征。
Results Dyspnea,cuogh,chest pain are the main clinical symptoms.Enlarged mediastinal lymphonode and pleural effusion are the most imagings on the CT.
結(jié)果臨床主要表現(xiàn)為呼吸困難,咳嗽,胸痛等,胸部CT以縱隔淋巴結(jié)腫大及胸腔積液最多見,多數(shù)病例經(jīng)穿刺活檢確診,以非霍奇金淋巴瘤為主。
